Well, after almost a decade of working in the same building, minus a few months here up in Boston, I'm taking a temporary pause in my science career to spend more time at home with the girls. It was a hard decision, but after much deliberation, I couldn't be more excited. Farewell, Patterson, hello, Newton Public Library!
Today was my first day home with the girls. We didn't do too much, as we are having AC installed in the house and I didn't want to stray too far. But we made it food shopping, to the library, and to Casey and Ryan's house to play. And Mommy only got frustrated a couple times... I'd say it was a good day!
