Nap Time
As I write this it is nap time, although a quick glance at the monitor shows no babies in their cribs. This means they are in the blind spot, which means they are not sleeping. Their cribs are back to back. The blind spot is the upper inside corner or each crib. This is the spot where the "headboards" are the lowest and this is where they stand and chitter. Sometimes they pass loveys or bunnies back and forth.
This is exactly what they are doing, as I can hear jibber jabber (technical term) under the door. Jabbering sounds judgmental; I take that back. Clearly they are having an important discussion and I just don't understand. They might be moving into singing now, I'm not sure. They were definitely laughing about 5 minutes ago.
This is part of the push-pull with these stinkers. They desperately need to go to sleep, yet they seem to have a blast together and it is pretty sweet to listen to. Here's hoping they wrap up the chat soon, though it is not looking good.
