The Chicklets meet some Chickens!

We visited Boggy Creek Farm a few weekends ago, one of our favorite Austin haunts from long before the girls. It's a local organic farm with tons of produce for sale on Saturday mornings, free-roaming chickens, and the friendliest family who owns it. The girls had a blast.

Thanks, Aunt Ellie, for the adorable romper outfits - they fit the girls perfectly, are just right for hot Texas summer days, and we really love the colors, too!  :)

Farmer Larry gave each of the girls a small wedge of sweet corn to gnaw on.
Em wasn't really into it, but Char nibbled on that corn the whole time we were there. 

A friendly chicken comes to see if Charlotte will make a donation...
