Holding steady...

E eating from a 2 ounce bottle.  Tiny meals to start!

Not much more news - the girls are holding steady.  No discharges yet - estimates are Em on Friday and Char on Sunday.  We're still "nesting" at the hospital - have been in room 212 for almost 2 weeks now!  If E gets discharged before C, we'll bring her down here to the room and take care of her here for two days while we wait for E.  Then we'll all go home together as a family when C gets released.  It would be pretty special to bring the girls home on Mother's Day - what an ending to this whole long pregnancy & NICU stay that would be!

No new pictures taken today, but here are some from Day 8 that didn't get posted before... They do a little to describe our NICU world.  What fantastic nurses and doctors we have had here - so compassionate and so competent.  As my mom said, it's been the "best experience you never want to have".
