Back when I thought I was showing...!
Oh the naivete of a new mom.  :)

While standing at the bathroom sink one night, brushing my teeth before bed, I said to Leah, completely out of the blue, "i think i'm having twins."  I'm totally serious.  No joke.  I don't have any clue where the sentiment came from, and I sure as hell was shocked when that little off-the-cuff remark was confirmed, but somewhere inside me, I knew.   Leah, getting a little nervous about this seemingly absurd comment, came into the bathroom and said, "ok, babe.  don't joke like that."  Three days later, my fantastic ob/gyn, Dr. Stephanie Reich, confirmed, that, yes, indeed there were TWO babies in there.  Shock, panic and tears of delight!
