Summer lunch dates at Cabots

The girls and I have a new favorite lunch spot! It's good food, cheap, fun, and great for kids. We went once last week and again today. We are almost becoming regulars! Too bad the girls don't ever get to actually get any ice cream....

Also, I have to laugh because every time we go, they point to the muffins in the case and say, "look, mom! Treats!" Whenever I am desperate for them to be good, or run errands patiently with me, I offer them a 'treat' and it's usually a muffin. Poor things! Someday they'll know what real treats are... For now, it's processed bread products!
