VT with the McStellos

Our second weekend in VT was spent with our new best buddies, Mo and Dave, and their kids, Ryan and Casey.  M+D got married in the same area as Leslie's house, so they know all sorts of fun outings and activities to do up there.

We had some seriously great adventures...  We took a gondola ride up to the top of Stratton Mtn and hiked the most picturesque hike I've been on in a long time - it was right out of a fairytale.  We swam in the West River and played on the crazy big playground at Jamaica State Park.  We went to the Vermont Summer Festival Horse Show, in East Dorset, and watched the horses "jump!"  We rocked out on a very cool wooden train along the West River.  We hiked around the lake and forest in the Land Preservation Trust owned by the Equinox Resort.  And we were only there for the weekend!

I forgot to bring my camera up for the weekend - thank goodness Mo had hers!!
