Well, we are seriously behind on our blogging. The girls have kept us busy as summer has started. Emerson is walking! She now can walk across several rooms with this adorably jerky, unsteady motion that looks like she's balancing on a boat deck. Pretty stinking sweet. Charlotte is not too far behind, cruising faster than you can blink. The girls have also said goodbye to our precious nanny, Tracey, and have started daycare - it's going well! Their second week was a wash, as they brought home 104 degree fevers which stuck around for almost 5 days... but their teachers love them to pieces and they are definitely starting to enjoy going to "school" as we call it. Somehow calling it that lessens my mommy guilt...
Anyway, here are some pictures taken ages ago for Mother's Day. Clearly we had a blog post all planned, and that fell by the wayside.

We call it school too and once we got past lots of colds in the beginning it's been smooth sailing!! Ellie adores school and I bet your littles do too. Love you all!
