A MOM in our local Mothers of Multiples group recently posted this. Brings back a lot of memories of NICU but in a way that isn't scary. This picture is a little creepy... but I posted for the audio. =)
Before and since the girls were born we've had quite a few friends whose littles ended up in NICU for a night or a week sometimes. Its a club you never want to be a part of but we remain so incredibly thankful for the tremendous compassion and skill of so many nurses. Its good to like your doctor, but it is at least as important to know and like your nurses -- they are the ones who really cared for us and our babies.
Ok. This is the first time I have laughed at anything related to the NICU! I substitute preemie with "overdue" and the song works for Ellie! Love you ladies and your sense of humor!
