Bald with Sweaters

We recently found out some good friends are pregnant.  Above and beyond sharing our absolute joy, I took it as an opportunity to send them pictures of our kids.  I am that mom.  I don't need a segue, I will fabricate one simply so I can show you pics of Chemerson. Sometimes I like to couch it in fake parenting advice to newly pregnant friends.

Below is an excerpt from my email.

Since you didn't ask, I am please to include the attached, which I call "Bald with Sweaters".  Babies lose hair.  People buy them ridiculous clothes that you have to put them in and take pictures.*  Babies like to put things in their mouths.  This pic really brings together these very powerful themes.

So psyched for you guys!

* In all honesty, the sweaters are adorable and have been fabulous as it gets colder.  I was being flip because that particular morning our littles were looking VERY bald and sort of little-old-manish.  In those moments the very girly or kid-like clothes (read: fringe giraffes) are pretty funny.
