Missing Gram

Well, yesterday I drove Gram to the airport and we said not goodbye, but, "to be continued!"  She has spent the majority of the past six months in Austin, by my side through every up and down, every tragic and every wonderful moment, every peaceful and every stormy day.  It was the sweetest blessing I can imagine.  If you have to go through a pregnancy like I did, you would be lucky to have a Gram by your side.  I love you, Mops.  


Just before we drove to the airport, we took a few final shots, and we got a good laugh out of the sweet girls - Charlotte (in the beautiful outfit from my mom's good friend, Jane Griggs) doing lots of "talking" to let us know how she felt, and Em (in the white onesie - we didn't quite get the costume change for her in time...) basically hanging out observing the whole show.  :)  I especially love the last picture - doesn't she look stunning??  You'd never believe that is a woman who is nearing 70...!!
